World Premiere: Boris Bergmann’s THE RICHTER SCALE performed by Ji Liu at Steinways & Sons London

Berlin-based composer Boris Bergmann’s THE RICHTER SCALE is a new hour-long composition in eleven sections for musician and machine which uses the metaphor of turbulent geological upheaval as a social and political metaphor for the times in which we live.

The work will be performed and programmed by Steinway artist, Ji Liu on the Steinway D Spirio/r, the world’s finest high resolution player piano.
