Orders cannot be cancelled after the payment has been paid.
If you process an order in error, please contact us immediately by emailing sales@heresyrecords.com quoting your order number.
Heresy Records reserves the right to change the prices of products listed on this website at anytime.
If we are unable to fulfil your order at the time of dispatch, we will contact you immediately to offer a full refund.

Currently we offer free delivery worldwide on all orders placed on our website.
We reserve the right to change to a paid-for delivery model at any time.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns are at the discretion of Heresy Records and require approval with a Returns Authorization Number before the product is returned. Please contact us immediately by emailing sales@heresyrecords.com should you require a RNA.
There is no exchange or refund available on sale items.
In the case of a return for a product that is not suitable, the return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging which must be intact.
Heresy Records will supply you with an address for returns after we issue a RNA (Returns Authorization Number)
